Success Stories
Matthew Mella: I first came to see Dr. Frey in February 1992. I was 9 years old. I had asthma since I was 1 year old. I used many medications but it was still hard to breathe. I had been treated by several different doctors and was even prescribed steroids. Everything provided only temporary relief and dosages were increasing. At the time, Dr. Frey was my basketball coach. My parents called to tell him I couldn’t play in the tournament because of my asthma attack. Dr. Frey insisted I come right over for an exam and adjustment. I had been wheezing and it hurt to breathe. After the adjustment, I jumped off the table and said, “Wow, I feel great!” I played basketball that night and we won! I didn’t need the asthma medication anymore and my attention span got longer and my grades got better! I come to see Dr. Frey every month or two to be sure it stays that way. (Matthew has now graduated college!)
Kim Arnette: When I first came to see Dr. Frey my primary problem was chronic, progressive lower back pain. It began shortly after I began my career as an Early Childhood Educator, teaching and caring for 1-2 year olds. Frequent lifting for 1 ˝ years caused a growing soreness so persistent that I wondered if I could stay in my field for long. I thought only painkillers or no more lifting would help. My boyfriend suggested I come see Dr. Frey. My boyfriend had suffered from migraines before seeing Dr. Frey. My results have been great! I’ve been able to continue my work without pain and with only occasional soreness. Psychologically I feel more energetic and unlike a “stooped-over old lady”.
Bill Mills: I maintain a grueling schedule
with the Department of Defense. My neck pain is controlled with periodic
adjustments (once every 3-4 weeks). This keeps me comfortable with
my work and exercise schedule.
Nancy Rogers: Overall health has always been very important to me. Since getting adjusted, my neck pain has decreased and seems to occur only during stress. I was surprised to discover the heel pain I had was now gone. Now I feel I’m ready to tackle some other aspects of health, weight loss, reduction of stress and decreasing my coffee intake. Getting adjusted every 3 weeks helps me stay in shape! I have encouraged my family and co-workers to get chiropractic care.
Tyler Mills: (written by his mom) Tyler was 2 years old when he was scheduled for tympanostomy (ear tube surgery) for chronic ear infections and failed antibiotic therapy when he began chiropractic adjustments with Dr. Frey. Not only did his ear infections clear up for good, and we cancelled the surgery, but he also fights colds better: much less frequent and severe.
Shelley Mills: (written by her mom) Shelley was 6 years old and experiencing periodic stomach problems described as reflux before chiropractic care. Dr. Frey discovered subluxation near her digestive nerves. Adjustments cleared that up and her stomach irritation was gone!
Gretchen Mills: (written by her mom) Gretchen had no symptoms but we wanted to encourage her coordination, health and happiness. She loves getting adjusted!
Sharon Mills: I am a runner and I use chiropractic as a strategy to stay healthy and prevent injury. Overall I just feel good!
